safe play - play safe

warm up - cool down

Before undergoing any strenuous exercise you must ensure that your muscles are in the correct condition. There is a higher risk of strain or tear when you put your body under sudden stress. An injury could prevent you from playing a game of football for a long period and impact in a big way your training/practice regime. A good warm up routine will help avoid such injury.
